Dave Meyer is the author of the best selling book, Real Estate by The Numbers, hosts the popular real estate news and economics podcasts, BiggerPockets Real Estate & On The Market, and is the Vice President of Data and Analytics at BiggerPockets. Dave is responsible for researching and reporting on current conditions impacting the real estate investing climate. He sources original datasets and conducts his own analyses, in an effort to provide unique and unbiased information to real estate investors. Dave has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester, and a M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Denver.
